Amazing Vietnam: The charm of cities and flavors that mr.hotsia must share

When talking about Vietnam, many might think of the ancient town of Hoi An or the metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City, but for mr.hotsia, this trip opened a new experience that made me fall in love with this country even more. I want to share the amazing aspects of Vietnam from various angles — food, markets, lifestyle, and nature with its unique charm.

Experience the lifestyle and atmosphere of Lang Son city

I started in Lang Son province, a bustling border town with beautiful nature. I stayed at Hoang Son Hotel located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk to the local market full of colorful food and local products. This place is famous for its fragrant roasted duck with tender meat that made me order several extra plates.

The atmosphere in this city has the charm of mountains and the Ky Cung River flowing through the center, offering freshness amid the hot summer weather. However, when I traveled during the rainy season, the weather was cooler than expected. There are also natural attractions like Nhi Thanh Grotto and To Thi Mountain where I conquered the stunning nature and fascinating stalactite and stalagmite caves.Lang Son Province, VietnamAnother province that mr.hotsia recommends trying to experience

Da Lat: The city of Buddhist temples and peaceful nature

From Lang Son, I continued to Da Lat, known for its cool weather and beautiful nature. Here, I did not miss visiting Truc Lam Temple, a Zen Buddhist temple located on Phoenix Mountain, surrounded by pine forests and the beautiful Tuyen Lam Lake. I chose to take the Vinpearl Cable Car to the temple, which offers a high-angle view of the city and enchanting nature.

Truc Lam Temple has a peaceful and sacred atmosphere. I saw monks and nuns regularly practicing meditation. The bell tower standing proudly in the pine forest made me feel a deeper connection to Vietnamese culture and religion.Buddhist temple in Da Lat cityA destination no one should miss when visiting Da Lat

Nha Trang Sea: The beauty of beaches and fresh seafood

Next, mr.hotsia traveled south to Nha Trang, a world-famous coastal city. I experienced the long, clean beach with clear water revealing fine white sand. One highlight was taking the cable car to Hon Tre Island, which has resorts and the Diamond Bay amusement park on the island.

In Nha Trang, besides the beautiful sea view, fresh seafood was a highlight I didn’t want to miss — from fresh spring rolls to grilled button squid with an enticing aroma. I tasted Vietnamese food here through markets and beachfront restaurants. Although sometimes prices were high for a traveler like me, the taste and freshness made it very worthwhile.Nha Trang Seais a city I want to visit again

Travel and stories along the way

One experience mr.hotsia encountered was using the transport station in Vinh Long city, a key point for traveling between provinces in the Mekong Delta. Communication with taxi drivers here requires caution because I was almost taken to Ho Chi Minh City unintentionally. Traveling in Vietnam is challenging and fun in its own way. Using public transportation allowed me to truly experience the local lifestyle.Vinh Long Bus Stationis one of the spots mr.hotsia recommends for adventurous travelers

Ending the trip with travel tips

Before ending this Amazing Vietnam trip, I want to share small tips that make traveling in Vietnam more convenient, such as using a 3G internet SIM card easily available at convenience stores and airports, which helped me communicate and find information immediately. Or choosing to stay in small, cozy, and affordable hotels like the one I stayed at in Viet Tri city...Nha Nghi A9where the owner is friendly and close to the morning market, perfect for those who want to experience local life.

I, mr.hotsia, believe Vietnam still has many stories and experiences to discover. Every city, every meal, and every journey is a story I want to share with everyone who loves deep, authentic travel, not just superficial articles.
