Next is the "Pla Plia Larb," made from a rare fish found in San Sai district, Chiang Mai. This larb includes crispy fried fish scales sprinkled on top, making it extremely tasty. It is famous and very hard to find anywhere else in the world. Grilled dishes are also available. Chicken larb eaten with sticky rice is the best combination. The Pla Plia larb is the most delicious.
